Phase one of the #MGNP Campaign launched in March on social media space; Twitter, amidst the Coronavirus pandemic and still got thousands of young Nigerians engaged in the conversation. Opinions were polarized with a few young people citing the economic state of the nation as a genuine reason for indulging in 'yahoo-yahoo' as it is popularly called. The overwhelming majority, however, stood for hard work and legitimate hustle. It rightly became the #1 trending topic of the day in Nigeria.
The A4A Youth Initiative is committed to changing the narrative and providing a counter-culture and viable alternative to the cybercrime.
